A: Yes. In general, accounts that were sent to collections may remain on your report for no more than seven years from the date the payment you missed was due to the original creditor.
Q: Is a debt automatically erased from my credit report when I pay if off?
A: This might surprise you, but the answer is no.The best way to ensure this is for the creditor to report your account as being paid in full once you've paid off the debt.
Q: I owe a credit card company $25,000. Can they take my house, my car, and all of my property?
A: Generally speaking, No. Their normal procedure is to sue you and try to obtain a judgment against you. Then, if they win, they might try to put a lien on your house, or other property.

Most people have never thought of garage sale as a way of making extra cash - on a full-time basis. Whereas the garage sale used to be merely a way to people used to get rid of unwanted items in their home, the fact of the matter is that more and more peole are utilizing garae sales to get extra cash. The keys to having a money-generating garage sale are:
- Sell Everything you don't want! You'd be surprised what people will buy. Even ol magazines - items you'd normally give away - would sell for the right price!
- Plan your sale for at least two days - three would be ideal if you have a lot of items.
- Orgnize your items by table. For instance, put your books and pmagazines on one table, clothes and accessories on another, etc., this makes it easy for people to find what they are looking for.

If you're anything like me, you're interested in making some money on the internet. And you might even have a good product in mind, but you don't know how to sell it.It doesn't take special talents that you don't have. All it really takes is a willingness to learn, and the ability to act on what you learn. Here are some starter tips:
1. Have a website with good CONTENT: Content is the key word here. Let people know why they should buy your product and how it benefits them.
The better the content, the more the sales.
2. Encourage people to tell others about your product. This is called 'viral marketing.' This occurs when people like your product so much that they tell others, and so on. A good example of this is the mega-popular beauty guide: Take Care of Your Skin Inexpensively, Fight Wrinkles Too. People have been so satisfied with their appearance after using that guide that they told their friends, who told others, and now that
guide has become known as THE CURE for wrinkles, aging, and so on . . .
3. Don't wait for potential customers to come to your website, go get them yourself!: The favoredway to do this is through Opt-In (not unsolicited) email campaigns. To do this you include a tell-a-friend form (these can be found for F~r~e~e on the net) on
your site allowing visitors to subscribe to receive your promotional ads. This method, when not abused, is very effective.

it contained surprising information about the actress's life that I didn't know.

and as a wife. The reasons behind her failed marriage to actor Dennis Quiad,
and the truth about her subsequent secret romance with actor Russell Crowe
make good bedtime reading.
